Otherwise, they will have to deal with dissatisfied customers who cannot understand. I know... I was one of the irate customers that we never want to end up being... but that wasn't really me. It was my evil twin who stays hidden 90 percent of the time. (well, okay... 80 percent) ;-) And whose side are you on anyway??? You've got no wiggle room.
